Help: Update to VS ClangCL toolset in user-interaction example

Tim Hutton requested to merge timhutton/cmake:timhutton-master-patch-89365 into master

The toolset is now called -T ClangCL. The toolset -T LLVM is no longer supported. See the comments in #20415 (closed). Tested in Visual Studio 2019.
