FindBoost: Add support for Boost 1.74
Hi.
Current MR should add support of boost 1.74 to CMake, thanks to the BoostScansDeps script ;)
Nothing more than setting versions, seems no new components nor dependency change (see attached analysis logs from 1.73 and 1.74)
If any change is required, don't hesitate to ask, and thanks for working on one of the greatest dev tool
