Help: Change User Interaction image paths to be relative to source file

In Sphinx, image file names may either be relative to the source file or relative to the top source directory. The User Interaction guide had image file paths relative to the top source directory, Help. To allow more flexibility and the possibility of including the guides from a different top-level document, switch links to be relative to the source file.
