Change search behaviour to NAMES_PER_DIR for these packages

armadillo -> FindArmadillo.cmake
blas -> FindBLAS.cmake
bzip2 -> FindBZip2.cmake
curl -> FindCURL.cmake
expat -> FindEXPAT.cmake
iconv -> FindIconv.cmake
jpeg -> FindJPEG.cmake
lzma -> FindLibLZMA.cmake
protobuf -> FindProtobuf.cmake
intl -> FindIntl.cmake
lapack -> FindLAPACK.cmake
glew -> FindGLEW.cmake
gif -> FindGIF.cmake
png -> FindPNG.cmake
