CPack/NSIS: Add option for setting MUI_HEADERIMAGE_BITMAP
Add a new option to change the MUI_HEADERIMAGE instead of using CPACK_PACKAGE_ICON.
It still defaults to this variable if the new one is not set to keep the compatibility with existing code.
