Autogen config read/write tweaks
Cleanups and code merges in the configuration read/write parts of AUTOGEN.
AUTOGEN now saves the moc/uic/rcc settings that were actually used with respect to the selected configuration.
A GitLab update will be applied on May 9th, between 8am and 10am, EDT (UTC-04:00). This site may have intermittent delays during that time.
