CPack: Field StyleSheet added to CpackIFW

Enot Enotov requested to merge mrenotenot/cmake:cpack-ifw-stylesheet into master

According to QtIFW documentation, configuration file is able to include style sheet file path (StyleSheet element). But, unfortunately, current implementation of CPack doesn't support the feature.
