CPack: Field StyleSheet added to CpackIFW

According to QtIFW documentation, configuration file is able to include style sheet file path (StyleSheet element). But, unfortunately, current implementation of CPack doesn't support the feature.

Hello @mrenotenot, thanks to add missed feature to generator.

Please change variable name from CPACK_IFW_PACKAGE_STYLESHEET to CPACK_IFW_PACKAGE_STYLE_SHEETand add release notes file like cpackifw-package-file-extension.rst in !1117 (merged).
