Tests: Fix Qt*Autogen.GlobalAutogenTarget to use matching generator

Brad King requested to merge brad.king/cmake:test-autogen-GAT-generator into master

Build the GAT project with the same generator as the rest of the test. This was accidentally left out of !2567 (merged).
