improve output for ctest -T memcheck

Bill Hoffman requested to merge bill-hoffman/cmake:improve_ctest_memcheck_output into master

This commit will improve the command line output for ctest -T memcheck. It will now show how many defects each test that had a defect produced. In addition it will tell the user where to find the full log files.
