FindMatlab: Guard against nonexistent installation

The FindMatlab module fails to execute the first time when a Matlab installation is not present at all. Subsequent runs execute correctly because of already present cache values but initial executions can fail. This is the cause of the FindModulesExecuteAll test failure on Solaris.
