Help: Fix and clarify server mode --pipe= option docs

Israel Blancas requested to merge iblancasa/cmake:feature/extend-info-server-pipe into master

I fixed the command because it a "=" symbol is needed to indicate the path to the pipe.

Also, I added some information about the type of the file created by CMake Server for the pipe. Using "named pipe" could be confuse. If somebody (like me) try to read this file as a named Unix pipe, the system will return an error.
