CPack minor cleanup and tests extension

  • Documentation typo fix
  • CPack.cmake script was generating SET commands in upper case
  • RunCMake.CPack tests did not cover CPACK_PACKAGING_INSTALL_PREFIX correctly when checking generated packages content
  • RunCMake.CPack tests can now set file with expected warnings regex during CMake configure step
