Tests: FindPkgConfig_GET_VARIABLE fails with gobject-introspection 1.79+
gobject-introspection 1.79+ uses binaries with an arch-specific prefix (/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-g-ir-scanner
).
This causes the test to fail with the following error:
-- Found PkgConfig: /usr/bin/pkg-config (found version "1.8.1")
