3.23.0 regression: Qt AUTORCC generates wrong UTF8 encoding
I've just made the switch from 3.22.2 to 3.23.0 and noticed that a Qt5 project I'm working on no longer compiles. The reasons seems to be some unicode characters in a resource file.
E.g. there is a .bmp with the following file name
522.15 Panel ÖBB Hp0Hp1-R.Bmp
Up until recently this name has correctly been encoded to
522.15 Panel \u00d6BB Hp0Hp1-R.Bmp
But with 3.23.0 all of a sudden I'm getting
522.15 Panel \u0582B Hp0Hp1-R.Bmp
The really annoying part is that I can't reproduce the behavior yet on some smaller scale. Just adding the file in a small test project isn't sufficient to trigger this... bug? Some advice what might cause this would be really appreciated so that I can further track this down.
/edit Oh... well. That was one lucky guess. Out of the dozens of dependencies added to this project I just found what's causing this first try. It happens when also adding SDL2 to the build. Since I haven't changed the SDL2 version it still must be related to CMake though...
