Replace Dark Blue color in CMake-generated Make messages
(Related to #23277.)
I have difficulty perceiving Dark Blue text on a black background. Hence, I always change Dark-Blue-printing terminal programs to use a shade of blue with a little R and G channel increase to make it more legible to me (e.g. LS_COLORS for the ls command which uses Dark Blue for folders). And CMake-generated Makefiles use Dark Blue for some of their output lines...
Apparently, many people have the same difficulty as me, and it was brought up and addressed w.r.t. ccmake coloring in issue 20596 and MR 4629 - which replaced the Dark Blue with Cyan.
So, I suggest the Dark Blue in CMake-generated-Makefile messages be replaced with something else. It could be Cyan if that's not taken or clashing with other messages, or whatever other color.
