Return error code on toolchain fail
Use case : I am using cmake in jenkins, and when cmake toolchain fails, the build don't fail, because cmake returns 0. Please, when Cmake fails from toolchain's issues(like problems with compiler) return a diferent code from 0. And diferent from error that aren't from toolchain
