Globalization: On Chinese OS, Visual Studio generated project cannot be opened

I've attached a sample project. Rename.zip

I couldn't get it to zip with the Chinese characters in them. So the two directories named "Rename" should be renamed with the name in the add_subdirectory command in the top-level CMakeLists.txt file.

After you run cmake generation with the Visual Studio 16 2019 generator, then attempt to open the generated solution in Visual Studio. One of the projects won't load.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
