In the docs, clarify use of the word "project"
manual/cmake-language.7, section "Organization", says: "CMake Language source files in a project are organized into: Directories, Scripts, and Modules." So every CMake code is part of a project?
ibidem, section "Modules": "Project source trees may also provide their own modules ..." So there are project source trees and other source trees?
manual/cmake-commands.7 has a section "Project Commands" that says: "These commands are available only in CMake projects". How does that fit into the above terminology? How to call CMake code that is not "in" a CMake project?
Is the command "project" itself a "project command"?
