Library without sources but with other libraries

I would like to be able to add a library without direct sources that links other libraries.

It works like a bundle. Useful when handling multiple libraries to simplify further linking.

add_library(Example "")
add_library(A_lib "${sourcesA}")
add_library(B_lib "${sourcesB}")
target_link_libraries(Example A_lib B_lib)

In CMake 3.11 it throws an error, but was perfectly fine before.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
