Finding the wrong fortran compiler
The system comes with a fortran compiler available as gfortan and f95 in /usr/bin. Installing the RedHat Developer Toolset provides a newer version of gfortran in /opt/rh but it doesn't provide the f95 name. The newer versions are placed at the front of the $PATH. cmake bootstrap looks for f95 and finds it in /usr/bin but if it looked for gfortran it would find the newer version. Surely if cmake is finding the new gcc and g++ then it should also use the new gfortran?
