Windows container: CMake error: Configuring Visual Studio 2017 project in mounted volume
When running cmake version 3.10.1 in "microsoft/windowsservercore:latest" (Version 17.12.0-ce-win47 (15139) Channel: stable) I'm unable to generate a CMake project in a mounted directory.

CMake Error at C:/Program Files/CMake/share/cmake-3.10/Modules/CMakeTestCCompiler.cmake:52 (message):
The C compiler
"C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/BuildTools/VC/Tools/MSVC/14.12.25827/bin/Hostx86/x86/cl.exe"
is not able to compile a simple test program.
It fails with the following output:
Change Dir: XXXXX/build/CMakeFiles/CMakeTmp
Run Build Command:"C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio/2017/BuildTools/MSBuild/15.0/Bin/MSBuild.exe" "cmTC_cb089.vcxproj" "/p:Configuration=Debug" "/p:VisualStudioVersion=15.0"

MSBUILD : error MSB1009: Project file does not exist.
Switch: cmTC_cb089.vcxproj
CMake will not be able to correctly generate this project.
Call Stack (most recent call first):
CMakeLists.txt:2 (project)
If the project is copied into the container itself, it works.
It seems, that the mounted filesystem is to "slow". Maybe a flush of the filesystem within the generating routine can fix the problem.
