slight improvements to file store

now (as of specB 0.1 and only for composite stores) static parameters are not placed via the file name pattern and use key=value names like the others. Also, now using key=index instead of key=value names to avoid precision issues. Lastly, removed the view_dependencies concept since we came up with something better and never actually used it.
