Last features to be included in ParaView 5.0.1

@demarle @tjcorona Promoted QueryTranslator_SpecC as the current SpecB (removed compatibility layer with old specb data). This merge includes the pipeline-in-meta-data feature and a bug fix in getdependers(). Tested with the latest data sets and the latest Viewer in develop (9560f0cf4^), which will also be merged to master after a clean-up.
