An oriented image needs to have its direction matrix passed to the
output, and the boundaries and origin need to respect the
direction matrix.

Change the filter's test to use and oriented input, and check for
the direction matrix in the output.

Fix compliation error for debug VS2019 build.
VC compiler doesn't recognize the 'not' keyword, only '!'.

Thanks Reynaldo for noticing the bug!

This will keep the optix dashboard happy and is less of a
change to users. Note the distinction between BP and ENV
though, means that code changes are still necessary to
get the same pixels out, as in the test changes here, several
of which exercise ray cast and path trace.

The backplate is like standard rendering's background. It does not
move with the camera and it does not affect the appearance of objects
in the scene.

The environmental map moves with the camera and affects the appearance
of objects in the scene. It is like VTK's newer SkyBox, with material
effects turned on.

SetBackgroundMode let's you choose which behaviour, or both. The case
of using neither (to get a translucent background) is setable but
has not been proven out in practice yet.

The environment mode controls (color, gradient, texture) have new
methods on vtkRenderer but these have no effect on standard rendering.
Likewise SkyBox mode is not respected by the pathtracer. Unifying both
of these has yet to be done.

The default for the pathtracer was changed to use backplate and disable
environment lighting. This makes default object brightness similar
to standard VTK.

When a vtkMultiBlockDataSet contains a vtkMultiPieceDataSet,
vtkXMLPMultiBlockDataWriter will split each piece into another
vtkMultiPieceDataSet. As a result, the written XML data file will
contain nested "Piece" elements. Since vtkMultiPieceDataSets are not
hierarchical, this dataset cannot be recreated as described.

To fix, have the reader replace the top-level vtkMultiPieceDataSet
with a vtkMultiBlockDataSet instead when nested Piece elements are
found.

Modified test to exercise writing out a vtkMultiPieceDataSet block and
read it back in.

vtkExtractCells now shallow copies points, if possible thus avoiding
an expensive copy if input dataset is indeed a point-set.

vtkExtractCells changed the cell ids filled by the user in its
RequestData. This was incorrect. It had the potential of dropping cell
ids provided is the input dataset had fewer elements for an earlier
iteration.

Adding API to vtkExtractCells to skip sorting and uniquifying operations
if its already known that the ids are sorted and unique.
