Simple rendering of a .bib file for offline testing

Requires: Latex, Bibtex
Optional: pdflatex and Linux shell

I created this script to test changes to my .bib file. This could be useful for others too if it is made available through this repo. A user will have to replace .bib filename on test-bibtex.tex:8.

This branch produced test-bibtex.pdf output with the offline rendering.

I'd also suggest adding the exact style file being used by kitware.com to this repo and referring it on test-bibtex.tex:11.
