Namespace structure is ignored when binding classes
When binding namespaces, namespace structure (and functions free in their respective namespaces) is respected by the resultant python module structure, but all classes are bound as classes of the highest level module in python, rather than as classes of the modules respective to their namespaces. An example of this can be found in the multi-namespaced test.
