Update vtkPVFileInformation
requested to merge christos.tsolakis/paraview:update-pvfileinformation-for-information-provider into master
Open File is added to the TestBasicQtApp that demonstrates the ability to open the file dialog while DS and RS services are busy.
File Information is gathered on the RPC thread of the DS service for now.
