simput support updates

A number of improvements that improve simput support. Commiting to avoid having a large diff later.

Adds support for:

  • vtkSMProxyListDomain, vtkSMStringListDomain
  • AdvancedDecorator
  • 'qProxySelectionWidget' maps to "sw-select"
  • better validation of input type for SetProperties in microservices. Helps when we pass simput proxy instead of paraview proxy.
  • Exposes more properties for the GeometryRepresentation proxy.
