Hookup pipeline updates and data information gathers

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/paraview:fixes into master

vtkSMSourceProxy::UpdatePipeline now causes the pipeline to update. The services notify the client that pipeline has updated and the client then ensures all data informations are updated.
