Fix missing configuration.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/aeva-session:config-juju into master

While SMTK and aeva export SMTK_ENABLE_PARAVIEW_SUPPORT in their CMake configuration, nothing was passing the variable to the compiler so all the ParaView support was always compiled out of aeva. Add it back in on occasion.
