Set copy all data with resource

Ye Han requested to merge yehan/session:fix-save-all-resource-as into master

This MR alone should fix aeva#158 (closed) . I could not build an aeva with Save All Resources As... but the Save resource as... has the same behavior for individual resource, which I assume is the in-loop operation of the other one.

@dcthomp I tried to pass the copy data with resource information from WriteResourceManagerState and
WriteResource but neither of them get the info to pass through. Could you please take a look?
