Import images with modified direction matrix, to align with models.

Aron Helser requested to merge dcthomp/aeva-session-old:image_import_orientation_fix into master

Swap image coords to RAS, to line up with models coming from Slicer. Temporary fix, until Slicer outputs models in LPS.

Also force shared lib compilation, so we get a loadable plugin.
