Why is actev such a CPU hog?
Each actev process that's running (two of them, during an actev exec run) uses a full CPU core to...what? Wait for the python subprocess that it's spawned, apparently. I'd thought this might be my problem, but the actual actev exec process shouldn't be running any of my code, and it's still pegged. Presumably this is something to do with the monitoring?
