Added Validation Set 4. Removes VIRAT Data. Renames Unloading to person_unloads_vehicle

Validation Set 4 is Validation Set 3 with two changes. The VIRAT Data was removed and the Unloading activity was corrected to be 'person_unloads_vehicle'.
