Tell external data about the new test files
requested to merge cory.quammen/vtk:BooleanOperationPolyDataFilter_Test into BooleanOperationPolyDataFilter_Test
@SeunOdutola this MR should hopefully trigger the upload of the missing test files. The CMakeLists.txt changes will ensure the data files are downloaded for testing.
