[refact] Merge pcap & files recent menu

Timothée Couble requested to merge refact/updateRecentFilesMenu into master

UI Changes:

  • In Lidar Viewer -> UI is almost unchanged as you should only open pcap files.
  • In Advanced Mode -> Merge recent pcap & recent files menu into one, but they don't have the same icon + pcap open the configuration dialog with last used settings.

Depends on lidarview-core!484 (merged)
