[refact] Remove applogic save actions

Changes:

• Add new reaction to enable/disable menu save as
• Replace 'Close data' button by paraview 'Reset Session'
• Remove adjustScalarBarRenage fixes from lidarview
• Remove unused & broken geolocation toolbar
• Remove call to python applogic in PCAP readers
