[fix] Change the naming for the exports from applogic so that it is readable directly as a temporal series when reloaded

If activated, set first frame timestamp to 0 (or time offset value).
It can be used to synchronize multiple pcap.

The CMake option INTERPRETER_ENABLE_Velodyne and INTERPRETER_ENABLE_Hesai are
now available in the Superbuild.

- Seperate calibration files depending of their interpreter and dynamically
change them when the interpreter changes.
- Replace the interpreter radio button for a dropdown box for the selection.
- Save last used interpreter.

Run the `clang-format.bash` script to update all our C and C++ code
to a new style defined by `.clang-format`.

Note : a fix in the LidarReader would be a more suitable long term solution

* Advanced arrays allow to use SLAM directly on input data
