[feat] Add variable for LIDARVIEW_USE_SLAM_XXX options
Add variables for lidarview to enable the optional packages of SLAM when LidarView uses SLAM.
Issue: lidarview uses OpenCV, but OpenCV is an optional package for SLAM.
System updates will be applied on June 12th between 0900 AM and 1200 PM, EDT (UTC-0400). This site will have intermittent downtime during that time.
Add variables for lidarview to enable the optional packages of SLAM when LidarView uses SLAM.
