[refactor][lv-sb] Enable All SLAM dependencies on CI

Changelog:

  • LidarSlam is now standalone and does not required its own shared library that was not automatically shipped on OSX. As of PV5.6, Libraries were selectively packaged, not all globbed. Removes manual install and related packaging var.

  • Renamed ENABLE_slam to feature-oriented/ non SB-conflicting LIDARVIEW_BUILD_SLAM in a paraview like convention.

  • Removed Legacy OldSlam option

  • Symbolically commented out ENABLE_darknet as it is not used at all

  • Must be merged with lv / lv-core sister branches
