Improve temporal animations with camera paths

Add tools + tutorial for Lidarview rendering with camera animations

Main changes:

• add colormap_tools to color point clouds by label (using a categories config file as described in LVCore/LidarPlugin/IO/CategoriesConfig.h

• add temporal_animation_cue_helpers to gather helpers functions to easily build an animation cue script with camera animations

• update example_non_temporal_animation.py (was using out of date module paths)

Todo:

• re-read temporal animation readme / tutorial
• add videos to the tutorial (blog post in progress)
• add temporal animation helpers test
