Add CI to LVCore

Gitlab update 12.8 from February 2020, comes with some new nice feature, as Multi-project pipelines. This features actually move from premium to gitlab CE.

Thanks to that it's now very easy to create CI pipeline between projects.

This MR add a CI on LidarView-Core, that trigger the CI of lidarview on the master branch and replace LVCore by the current one.
