[feat] Add in the UI of the ensor list tool to live transform data

Add a button in the sensor widget class to re-order them within the sensor list

Also including changes from PR 353 including the following :

Add sliders for translations and rotation updates, linked to lidar proxies to help manipulate the sensor data

The goal of this commit is to enable a live changing tool for the transform of the lidar data. This aims at easing up positioning multiple sensors relative to one another in a multi sensor setup
