Extend packet buffer size and fix advanced record dialog

• Restore the possibility to set advanced record dialog
• Extend packet buffer size

We should keep the branch available because an application based on PV5.6 is using it.

The branch can be rebased/deleted only if https://gitlab.kitware.com/LidarView/ouster-studio/-/merge_requests/125 is merged.
