Build LidarSlam lib as STATIC
LidarSlam lib is now built as a static library. Therefore, LidarSlamPlugin does not link anymore at run-time on LidarSlam. This simplifies the update/sharing/loading/packaging of this plugin.
System updates will be applied on Mar 27th between 7am and 9am, EST (UTC-05:00). This site will have intermittent downtime during that time.
