[feat][default] Add Recording Reaction to toolbar

Nick Laurenson requested to merge feat/improvePlayerControlsToolbar into master
  • Move icon to LVCore
  • Insert the recording action at the end of the toolbar as it was already done in LidarView, VeloView and OusterStudio
  • Add R shortcut for recording
