Update SLAM to v1.4

Nicolas Cadart requested to merge UpdateToSlamV1.4 into master

The current SLAM pointed by LVCore is approximately 1.2. This MR updates SLAM submodule to v1.4. This new version brings many improvements and bug fixes. See SLAM changelog for detailed changes.
