Fix SpreadSheet Bugs :

MelanieCarriere requested to merge bugFix/SpreadsheetViewDoubleToolbarAndExport into master
  • Remove duplicated toolbar
  • Fix Export Spreadsheet :
    • Export only the listed points currently in Spreadsheet view
    • If columns are suppressed and shouldn't be in exported csv : Check the "Filter columns by visibility" option
    • If 'Show only selected points' is enabled, other points in the frame that are not listed not appear in the csv file.
