[feat] Add useAbsoluteTimeStart option in calibration dialog

Gatien Ferret requested to merge Feat/addUseAbsoluteStartTimeOption into development

If activated, set first frame timestamp to 0 (or time offset value). It can be used to synchronize multiple pcap.
