Feature:

Add getPlayerController python binding (can be use to call onPlay(), onPause()...)

Needs lidarview-core!358 (merged) to be merged and a bump on LVCore

Needs also lidarview-core!359 (merged) for the recording and lidarview-core!361 (merged)
